Global warming: marketing trick?

Lately there are rumors that global warming is just a marketing trick. Buy this, buy that, it’s better for the environment than another product. I do think it’s being used by some companies. Like “Robijn” a fabric softener in the Netherlands. I don’t think global warming is a marketing trick. Human kind is trying to control Mother Nature and the economies at the same time. Here lies the problem and a challenge.

“ buy Robijn it’s now twice as much concentrated, so the bottle is twice as small, and the trucks can ride twice as little”

My thought is: when it’s concentrated and the bottle stays the same, the consumers can postpone buying the bottle four times and the trucks safe the drive. The packaging would also be less, so better for the environment. I call this phenomenon: putting a furnish layer on your product, to make it look better.

The problem with using a cleaner energy or product is that it’s not lucrative. The Netherlands tries to stimulate using solar panels by subsidizing it. This looks noble, but they are also huge stakeholders of energy companies. By my view the use green energy is being suppressed by government restrictions. There is too much regulation surrounding green energy.

Having said that, the economies have to run on something, so maybe it’s time to find a new business model surrounding green energy. I’m not talking about the “pretty” furnish layer, but the core.

PS: so, you probably don't know me anymore, because I haven't written for a long time. What can I say; I was busy with school and other stuff in my life. You don't believe me? What is this Spanish inquisition? *kidding*

Ahh finally a comment from a "hill billy"

Ahh finally !!
Yeahh I have waited so long. Know I’ve finally have one. anonymous, but still. I’m filled with joy. He or she Commented on :Getting older solving environment issues
Read and I’ll reward “the hill billy” with a comment, instead of a cookie (ohh I love cookies..):

"First of all, let me just get this out of the way....WOW! that is by far the most completely absurd thing i have ever heard! People are naturally supposed to eat meat, it is part of life and that is why we are called omnivores (we eat producers and consumers). And another thing...I do agree with you somewhat on the over-population part. But...if you were dying of AIDS would you not want anybody to help you? Or if you lived in a third world country and were starving to death, would you not want somebody to send you some food? Maybe you can think about what is best for the world but you have to realize that what is best is not always easy. We cant just say "hell with the starving people in Africa, our world is overpopulated anyway" (and by the way...this website actually CORRECTS your grammar AUTOMATICALLY with a red underline if you screwed up...so take advantage of it so we can actually read what you're saying please)"

My comment:
And no I would prefer people used condoms instead of getting aids. That solves the aids part and the overpopulation.
2. I wouldn’t send food. I would want a job so I could provide for myself. You see people have been sending food for decades that doesn’t help. And people would have more to do, so that would solve the overpopulation itself. I mean look at Western Europe.(you should read the rest of my blog)

haha and the grammatical stuff. Cheap shot I see some underlining at your piece as well. If you can post me a Dutch text without underlining, I WILL send you a cookie.

When internet dies.

I, ElArmana , have a serious addiction. There I’ve said it. According to dr. Phill that’s the first step. I’m addicted to the internet. Everyday I play/educate and find material for my projects. I need my daily fix. And yes, I don’t REALLY need it, like air or chocolate.

But for instance: I’m having a weird conversation about annoying old women. I think when women get older she knags a lot more. So I came to the brilliant solution:
Just switch sexual orientation at 65. You’re not sexual active anyway. Right?!?

How to validate that a plan will solve my problem? In this case, ask an old women of 65?
Nehh, what women is going to answer that question? Just search it on Google!!

You see display tube children(beeldbuiskinderen) that’s why I NEED the internet to answer all my stupid questions.

little background information:
internet also makes the world a bit smaller. It may not be very environment friendly so use Blackle.com. It’s created by Google but it uses less energy.

Politics and religion. Poligion?

I hate the fact that, most countries practise poligion! Yes, you read that right. They mix politics and religion. I love politics and I am fascinated by religion. (I don’t believe god though. If anything/anyone is god, it’s mother nature) But they’re not meant to complement each other. Because a multicultural country has more religions, you can not let that interfere with social causes or economics.

A worldly example:

Iran says: We are right because, Allah, yada yada. Uranium, this and that. Allah bless Iran.
America says: God, yada yada. Iran is a treat. God bless America, oil and the troops.

Needless to say, but I’m going to anyway. Iran barks a lot. Dogs that bark don’t bite. America is the only one who ever used Nuclear arms, but yet there afraid that somebody else will create them. A biting dog should be putt down.

Its like the weapon industry: I got me a gun, to protect myself!!
4 years later, early in the morning. He hears something downstairs. Walks down, with his gun in his arm. Can’t quite reach the light switch and decides to shoot!
That Sunday they buried there son, who came home late from his date.

Let’s wrap it up. No guns, No religion in politics and one central bank for politicians. This way we can monitor rather thy are being ‘sponsored’ by companies.

In conclusion: Vote ElArmana
*joke* I already have a hobby. Collecting stamps is cool.

I culture

I Didn’t write for a while. If I don’t have the inspiration/time to write about the destruction of the earth, we’re really doomed…

Today I want to write about the I-culture. Its becoming very big. It means that everyone is just thinking about himself and acts in his own best interests. This sounds logical, but it really isn’t. We also see it on a bigger scale destruction of big forest for paper to wipe your butt, for instants. You could just recycle, but that is more work so just take trees. This is at the expense of mother earth, animals how live there and of course people. (written in order of importance)

The I-culture in a school for instance is what’s bothering me these days. People not working, because they have a job, don’t have time or just don’t want to do it. All at the expense of a group. Why work? If you do a just not good enough job” and write about that in your final report, you just pass.

That is because the school had its own I culture. For every student they get money from the government. This is what’s driving these schools, I think is wrong! You just create people that can’t work anywhere. The school doesn’t care about that, they have there money. They will talk about the problem and make a documentation, butt lets the students pass. This way they allow people to get lazy and there are a lot believe me.

So people don’t think about yourself all the time. It really starts with you! Think about this next time you wipe your ass.

Motor and car programs

Lately there are a lot programs that relate to cars and motors. I really like this development.

The end...

Nah, just kidding. You probably guest, because there is a lot blabla under "the end."

I wanted to bash and praise some programs. I really like "biker build off." Fun to see how a bike (motor) is build from scratch. I don't really like American chopper, because it's just about dysfunctional people whom happen to build a bike. (which normally I like, but I can also stare in the mirror, watch dr. Phil or study dust flying trough the air.)I don't like from wrecks to riches, because the don't count the man hours. I absolutely not believe the end up with a profit, which is the purpose of this program.
I don't like the ultimate bike challenge, because it's more about the place the go to, than the actual riding or bike itself. so conclusion: I really like biker build off, it should be on TV more!! Some programs should just be problems on bikes and how to fix it.

That was a waste of your time;)
here is a million dollar plan:

Create a show on discovery about costom bikes, but powered with hydrogen and call Gore so he can spread the word. You'll be rich...

Waste = Food

The solution to safe the world.

I watched an interesting documentary about circular economy. (circular economy means; making food out of your waste; waste=food. The food can be biological, like compost. Or you can think technological, which is a little bit like recycling, but better. The point of circular economy is to get al the toxins out which can’t return to the earth, like chrome. With recycling this doesn’t happen. Often you have to use more toxins to recycle an object.

I just put one hour in a paragraph. These links are some of examples of projects:
The vehicle from ford, made with the waste=food concept
Time magazine about the book: crade-to-cradel
a movie about this subject

The interesting thing is, you actually save money with circular economy. For example the roof of a ford company(I can’t find a link.) A lot of plants are on the roof, they protect the roof and feed on the toxin rain. You save money because you don’t have to fix the roof. The water that comes from the building goes in the river cleaner.

I hope this concept breaks trough, I really believe this could save the world, IF we don’t die because the sun explodes… (you did know that right?) The sun is a star, it’s bigger because we are closer. We all know what happens to dieing stars? Boom.. Have a nice day! (little optimism wouldn’t hurt;)
